Bel Ombre

It's impossible not to be seduced by the incredible environment you'll cross during this race: sugar cane fields, forests, peaks, arid and humid zones, sandy beaches...

The start is from the Château de Bel Ombre. This is followed by several kilometers of crossing sugarcane fields, a guaranteed change of scenery. Then comes the first difficulty of the route, the long ascent of Watook, during which you'll enjoy the various viewpoints of the Black River Gorges National Park, including the Piton de Paille en Queue... You'll then descend the Machabee Trail towards the Black River Visitor Center. You're getting close to the finish! You've only got half the course left, but the main difficulties are over.

The last 6 km will be a healthy stroll along the lagoon and onto the final beach of Le Morne, where the finish line will be set.
